Lidia's hand-me-down pj's were looking a but worse for wear.
Pyjamas don't generally last more then one child.
I love the look of button up pjs best but I find once my guys hit around 12 they prefer flannelette bottoms with a knit tee.
I used two Oliver+S patterns.
The Field Trip tee and the Sleepover bottoms.
Liddy googled and found the stencil and cut it our herself.
I used Plaid stencil paint.
Both fabrics came from our Melbourne shopping trip.
A very stretchy cotton/lycra and fluffy flannelette.
The second set, with a slightly heavier cotton/lycra and some Spotters flannelette.
I used the separate waistband but left off the cuffs, adding some extra length to leg.
I found the cuff just flopped down and looked messy, even if I caught the side seams.
I absolutely love these pyjamas because they are so comfortable and I love the pineapple stencil on the shirt.
The fabric is gorgeous and Mum is so clever to have made such a groovy pair of pjs.
